I currently offer two different Essentrics® series in a group exercise format within a fun, therapeutic, and supportive environment.

Essentrics® with Jill Roth

Essentrics® is a simultaneously strengthening and slenderizing/stretching full body fitness program. It’s composed of everyday movements following circular patterns aimed at rebalancing and lubricating the muscles and joints.

This workout is designed for those looking for a strong, yet non-impact routine aimed at:

  • Improving posture
  • Increasing flexibility
  • Rebalancing the body to help reduce pain
  • Encouraging weight loss

Age Reversing Essentrics®: Release, Rebalance & Restore

A slow and gentle, full-body stretch and strengthening workout that focuses on increasing mobility, flexibility and relieving chronic aches, pains and joint stiffness from atrophy-related stiffness, frozen shoulder or from a prolonged sedentary period.

Designed for men and women of all ages looking to reawaken the power of your 650 muscles at a slower pace than my regular Essentrics® classes.
